Villa
As you enter the villa, the kitchen and the sitting room welcome you with a big sofa and the fireplace. A big glass door opens to the terrace and the garden where a private swimming pool and children pool lays just in front of your feet. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, which also has access to the pool area through a big glass window. Going up to the first floor you find one more bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom, as and an impressive balcony terrace of more than 70 m2 with view to the ocean and the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) of Crete. A total interior of approximately 100 m2 can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is divided in the two bedrooms and the sitting room where the large sofa can be turned into a double bed as well. PLEASE NOTE: Total capacity is including children. Please contact us if many children are involved or in the case of 7 adults.

Built in 2008, and renovated in 2021, Villa Elma is a peaceful holiday home located 350m away from the family friendly beaches of Agioi Apostoloi and Chrissi Akti and 4 km away from Chania downtown. The guest can find super markets, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops just within a few minutes of walking. The villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable king-size beds with Coco-mat mattresses and ample outdoor space with trees and flowers which provide a feeling of relaxation.

Hrisi Akti is 3km west of Hania City. The white sandy bay and the clear waters will soon be the ideal place to spend many hours. Next is Agioi Apostoloi with three small sandy bays, also ideal for swimming and sunbathing, as and the famous church on the hill by the water. The area is green due to the pine trees and the eucalyptus, which compose a small park that surrounds the four sandy bays.

Elma's villa are located just 350m away from the fine beach of Hrisi Akti and Agioi Apostoloi, in the middle of olive and orange tree plantations. Rest in the green gardens, away from the noise and the traffic, but again within a few minutes walk you will find a bus station, supermarkets and restaurants.

This was an ideal accomodation for our family with two children, aged 4 and 6. Own private swimming pools, dishwasher, washing machine, wi-Fi connection, good cleaning service and a well equipped kitchen. We really were able to relax in this Villa, which was one of our main hopes for the holiday.
